ZTE Grand S 2013 Review

Though it has been on the show floor since CES 2013 started out to the public today, ZTE formally declared its latest leading phone, the expected Huge S, at an mid-day media meeting today. As part of ZTE’s high-end line of Huge Sequence devices, such as the Huge Era and the Huge X, the Huge S is prepared with a 5-inch full HD touchscreen technology, which features 440ppi and is made out of Corning Gorilla Cup. During my brief time with the unit, the show seemed pleasingly shiny and sharp, and it’s the greatest show I’ve seen on a ZTE system. However, it was a little bit less competent — it took a few extra swipes and hard clicks to get around through its five homepages and open applications.

A not-so-sensitive show is not unusual in ZTE mobile phones, especially in the entry-level range, but it was frustrating to see such performance on a higher-end product like this.

Fortunately, the construction was amazing. Its durable and slim unibody design (its information evaluate 6.9mm) stops power supply from being detachable, but the Huge S comes in two finishes: flat and shiny. If you want flat, grayscale shades are available. Glossy shades consist of light red, yellowish, red, and great green.

The 4G LTE system also delivers natively with Android operating system Jam Vegetable and is operated by a 1.7GHz quad-core Snapdragon S4 processer.
